It's admirable that your learning to cook at your age. There's such a great sense of accomplishment making something wonderfully tasty. Don't be afraid to experiment with recipes to make them your own.
We loved this recipe, grilled it yesterday. I didn’t want to fuss with the kabobs, I took the chicken breast and cut them almost in half to make them one large thin piece. You are my favorite channel, the recipes always taste so good and the instructions are complete and easy to follow as you are making the recipe.
Just tried making this recipe yesterday with my family. Absolutely splendid! Perfectly seasoned and the chicken was wonderfully cooked. My relatives were bugging me for the recipe. Greetings from Poland
Love it. This has been my favorite dish for many many years. Just a little tip: before rolling the bread fold a small part of the bottom up so nothing can fall out. (I'm sure you know already but probably forgot while shooting)
Not sure if breast or thighs are better so I’m trying your recipe with both to compare. There a sooooo many TH-cam videos on this subject, your little production was nicely balanced with clear info and great presentation. Than you.
I am about to try making your garlic sauce and will make this chicken recipe too! My family and I wanted to make a new resolution and its to try to eat more fish, chicken and veggies this new year. Thank you so much!
I was gonna make chicken steak but I cut it by mistake into little cube 😂 so I decided to make shish tawook instead 😍 very nice easy recipe thank you 😊
Absolutely loved this video Yumna. Can you perhaps tell us how many dl you are using for oil, lemon juice etc. I am having a hard time figuring out how much you mean by 1/4 cup. Greetings from Switzerland
Nice to see your channel. Plz do make low carb healthy recipes. And plz advice accurate measurements of the ingredients, like yogurt was a bit confusing.
Thank you so much! I'll definitely take that into consideration. For this recipe, I used ½ cup plain whole milk yogurt - the full recipe can be found on my website under Shish Tawook!
You can also use an indoor grill pan or regular pan if you don’t have a grill pan. I haven't tried this recipe with a dairy-free substitute for the yogurt, but I wonder if a dairy-free yogurt would work?
How many sticks of your size can be made with 2 pounds of boneless chicken? It would be great to know because I want to have a nice food party with friends, thanks for your recipe.
Why are all your appliances literally the same as mine like my kitchen aid is grey, we have that same Cuisinart knife thing, and we have those containers in the back.
Rice with Tawook?😅 That's not even Lebanese. In Lebanon we never even put any rice with Tawook. We only put tawook in a Tawook sandwich, next to fried potatoes, or next to tabbouli or fattoush salad.
u can't put oregano in shish tawook... how come u did that.. u r doing a Lebanese disaster by mixing Lebanese and italian seasonings together... damn.. i hope i didn't see that...
it was REALLY good, i am 14 and i’m learning how to cook and this was easy and all my family liked it,thank you for sharing
Wow you're amazing!!! Great job!!

Marinated this for 24 hours and cooked it on the hibachi. It was so tender and juicy! Every bit as good as my favorite Mediterranean restaurant.

I tried your recipe and it was AMAZING!!! I prepared it in my Ninja Foodi air fryer, I mixed it up with breast and thighs. Ty for sharing your recipe
Do you bake covered or uncovered?
Can I use greek yogurt?
In Iran we add safran to chicken kebab😊
Hi fudi I love your good work please can you make me Mugabe
I don't have yogurt but I do have greek yogurt will that work as well?
Which are seven spices?
Delicious
What about using pre-made shish tawook spice Instead of the spices?
I don’t have a grill will this work if I cook it on a pan or bake in oven? And is there a dairy free substitute I can use for the yogurt?
You can also use an indoor grill pan or regular pan if you don’t have a grill pan. I haven't tried this recipe with a dairy-free substitute for the yogurt, but I wonder if a dairy-free yogurt would work?

do you need to wipe off excess yoghurt from the chicken?
Nope!
How many sticks of your size can be made with 2 pounds of boneless chicken? It would be great to know because I want to have a nice food party with friends, thanks for your recipe.
I would approximate around 8 sticks! Hope you have a wonderful party!
I have everything but Ginger, can I make it without? Or add something instead ❤️?
Yes, you can still make this without the ginger.
miss the Ultimate Tawook in Tawook nation. #KitopiDubai
I could not find seven spices. Plz share the link. I really like ur cooking
You can find the recipe on How to Make 7 Spice on my website here: feelgoodfoodie.net/recipe/how-to-make-7-spice/

cabbage mayonnaise salad is missing also the bread needed to be roasted with thyme and oil ,,
Definitely many ways to make and serve this!
Hmmm... was no proof of him tasting it can it be good !
All those spices are “authentic” ? 🤔
Sorry, but not to open the arabic bread is a no go. Absolutely no go... every libanese whould shake his head for this sin.
Rice with Tawook?😅
That's not even Lebanese.

I've seen it used so often in authentic lebanese recipes! But you can totally skip it
Its Turkish not Lebanese
Yes, I believe it originated from Turkey. We adapt a lot of recipes in Lebanon from Turkey :)
arabs didn t use yoghurt like us indians now they copied otherwise the food wanst good
Yeah. Arabs copy the whole Indian cuisine 😂
What are you like 5?
For those of us who have lactose intolerance, could dairy free ( coconut milk) yogurt be used instead? @Feelgoodfoodie
