I am drawn to living water as a powerful source of creativity. I recently noticed that so many of the poems I’ve written start out being about something but end up being about water. Anna, I really appreciate this relaxation ASMR Reiki Session because I have been under a lot of stress and anxiety lately:). I so LOVE how the Celestite combined with the strong healing energy of the smoke from the incense:)!! That really felt very powerful:)!! I also LOVE the Angelite because it is so beautiful and calming:)!! And when I was a teenager, I collected sea shells as well as gem stones with my now Late Dad. I would say do not feel guilty, I think those sea shells were a gift for you because you have such a kind heart:)!!! I remember as a teen, finding a Periwinkle sea shell with a hole in it on the tiny beach in New Hampshire's New Castle Beach and Park where the Piscataqua River flows into the Atlantic ocean:). I remember putting my Periwinkle sea shell with a hole in it on a chain for a necklace:)!! I still have my Periwinkle Necklace today as well as my sea shell collection:)!! Thank you Anna for this very powerful, loving, and calming video which is much needed for me:)!! And Happy Birthday, Oct. 30th:)!! Anna, I pray that you are given the happiest Birthday ever:)!!!

Have you tried using a paper bag for the crackle? Or maybe a rain stick. I make rattles out of clay and they would sound similar if moved slowly.
