why dont you buy meilong 3m v2 uv coated or rs3m v5 its cheap and one of the best cubes for example rs3m v5 is one of the best if not the best cube right now and its only 10$

This is the time management I use to get 15-30 seconds solves:
Cross-4 seconds
F2L-16 seconds
OLL-5 seconds
PLL-5 seconds
