Again, a smooth Run :) As a tip I for a gain of at least 5 secs. Before the 1st Monorail Ride, you can take the Elevator on the Left Side. As Soon as the Red Lights go on, you can leave the Rover, go through the door and on the Elevator and right into the Monorail.
