On the issue of development, you are spot on. 2 glaring mistakes at Chiefs,
1. Poor scouting team if any. They failed to bring quality foreign player instead brought in the likes of Khambole. Caleb and Gonzales. Poor waisted of money and space for good SA players
2. Poor delivery by development. It is more than 10 years since 10 the department has been able to produce a player if note. Very few good players from it. If you look hard you may mention Bvuma, Blom, Ngezansi and now Ngcobo. Even if they promote promising players like Zwane, McCarthy, Tshabalala and Dubai, they are not given a chance. They are forever benched. That kills talent like they do in Mashiane

I don't understand why you criticize the boy and rate him low. Ajax Amsterdam and other teams had an eye on him but chiefs did not want to sell him cheap. Now the whole Kaizer Chiefs team is under performing, and he is blamed entirely. What gives players energy to perform is when they are in the right system. The boy is collecting balls from the deep, and also join in attacks. It means that other players don't actually know their roles. Okay sell him to teams like Stellenbosch, he will come back to bite you. Some players need to be understood before criticised. We all know that Chiefs has been struggling this season, so we can't ultimately complain about the energy of one player, whereas the entire team of players don't give that energy to the game.

The main problem with Chiefs is midfield. The fan favourite Mshini does not show any sign of improvement. He's not strong on the ball and doesn't seem to know the responsibilities expected of him in that position, and especially to this gigantic team. There's definitely a need to sign at least two well composed, assertive, confident South African central midfieders (formerly described as playmakers). Maart and Mthethwa are all good defensive midfielders for a team, but should not be played together. Good attacking midfielders in the form of Campbell (Supersport) and Barns (Richards Bay) can add value to the team's attack. Young Shabalala and Mashiane should be given more game time.
Maart must be benched period, the guy is not giving Chiefs anything. Ox must play alone and Matlou subs by Mdansane we will see better performance from the middle men.

As play Marker, that territory from left to right in front of middle is his territory, but he is hardly found wide .some times games are different he needs to move around there not only going back and forth . He needs to also link up with wingers as well / occupy a space left by strikers when they are taking runs . The destroyers are doing none wrong for me it's just that his moves off the ball sometimes is poor. Do you still remember how Frederick, pure used to play ? They were all over the field, the likes of tso vilakazi , he doesn't need to stay in center every time cos that plays sometimes is congested

If you knew Mshini's strengths, you'd know that play in wide spaces would make him useless, he does not have pace and that's where pace is needed. He should maintain the centre attacking midfield role and never escape the half spaces. Abo Du Preez, Frosler and Solomon, Potsane, Saile and Mmodi can occupy those wide spaces since they have pace and like playing with the ball in front of them.

Second is start ball at the back but abamdluli u center with short passes they will do a long pass why did you start the ball at the back then if just gonn kick it long? they must learn composure, skill and confidence in training to master short passes which means they dont do it. The third is these guys miss the target which means they dont train one on ones in training,they dont train individual battles n shoot and abafundiswa ukujonga around the box before you shoot. The fourth is no one is given the task to not allow long balls in to the amakhosi box and when they defend they all follow the ball instead of marking players and spaces. this is just a few the is more.
