I appreciate this break down SO much, the "what" each learning grade level should kind of be capable of is so good. I am a homeschooling mom and WRITING seems like such a lost cause. Lots of copy work, dictation and oral seem to be what I am finding in curriculum. But actually putting pencil to paper, which my kindergartener and first grader are ready for, is so important. THANK YOU!!!
I would love for you to turn these into a PowerPoint/google slide presentation!! As a first year reading and writing teacher I would love to have a presentation to help me guide and teach my students These 3 lessons make so much sense to me!! Would you ever consider doing that
I love your “we are all writers” intro. Most of my incoming first graders have not been at school in person due to Covid. I am thinking of beginning writing lessons by working on drawing. Even in a normal year many students have such low confidence in their drawings....even sketches....that they get stuck. Do you have ideas around focusing on this for a few weeks?
Can you talk about how to make a year planner for homeschooling preschoolers and kindergarteners and maybe include what if you only have one but two different aged kids
Hi 👋🏿 I'm a new subscriber. I love "No David" and I never knew that he actually wrote it Wow! I am enjoying your videos 📹 😊. This is my 1st year teaching 1st grade and I'm so excited 😊. Thanks for your knowledge 😊
My son is going into kindergarten in august. We homeschool but no matter how often we practice ABCs and phonics, he refuses, or can’t remember most of it. I’m at a loss what to do.
Hello, here’s a free Kindergarten readiness checklist with all 5 domains. This will allow you to see what areas you should narrow in on. www.everythingaja.com/FREEBIES Also this Thursday, I’m going live and helping parents just like you create a sustainable at home teaching routine that will get your son to retain information through fun games and activities. You can book your spot here: www.everythingaja.com/bfa-training-opt-in Always trying to help and both would be beneficial for you.

Hello are you referring to how to follow a curriculum guide or are you referring to the scheduling of homeschooling 2 children?

@@jennifersiemerabaya454 but I do do that. 😞 always. Any but if writing it better than none but he just has no interest in memorizing his ABCs.
