That prankster reminds me of every middle school boy that made my life hell and would harass me for no reason. I don’t blame that guy for his reaction.
Part of me is like Tanner effed around and found out, and the other part is like dang he shot him immediately like I feel like he was too ready to pull the trigger
I looked into it a bit more and the guy was a doordash driver, so he wasn’t just randomly carrying a gun in the mall. The judge said it was unnecessary for him to shoot bc dude was only holding a phone, but it’s like he was following him around after he told him to stop
I’m surprised to see ppl think this is justifiable. Now I’m not siding with the prankster, he should definitely be charged with harassment and serve some jail time, but my god that was excessive force! God forbid the man misses and shoots someone else.
? I'm pretty sure you can use any caliber for self-defense even a 22 but it all depends on whether you live in a state that doesn't allow but I've never heard that you couldn't use a 22 cal
it was more than just playing a sound. the guy had no idea what this dude was doing, he just had a phone shoved at his face with a voice cursing at him, and a few guys following him around, intimidatingly confronting and standing over him, following him and acting weird, aggressive and unpredictable, and not listening when he says stop multiple times. i wouldn't have shot but i get why he felt threatened
There’s no restrictions on calibers for carry guns, none that I’ve ever heard of anyways. Some cuck states like Jersey are weird about hollow-points, but that’s about it. 22 isn’t anymore deadly than other rounds though. I will say that he probably survived a lower abdomen shot like that because of the bullet being as small as it was. If it were a larger, defensive round like a hollow point, 9mm or larger, he could’ve had more damage from the bullet expansion that would have been more severe. Who knows man, bullets do weird things.
As an EMT at least in my state, we have multiple classes of penetration wounds and pistols usually fall in the same class as ballistic knives while larger calibers/guns are in another class and are considered more severe. I dont know shit about guns tho
Noel you should see how the new carpet feels with no shoes on 📸 🤨
Oh yeah definitely. Strictly for science

Two things can be right at once 😓

Dude being a doordasher doesn’t warrant you carrying a fucking weapon into a mall. He is still a random man randomly carrying a gun in the mall.

the wrap is the underrated third member of tmg
cody ko singing amber really was something i didn’t know i’d needed
what video was he even "showing" to the guy? sounded just like a bunch of expletives and the word twinkle
it was an AI voice repeatedly saying "hey dipshit, stop thinking about my twinkle"
he fucked around and found out.
As I sit to eat

You're not allowed to shoot people with 22's, as opposed to other calibers which you're always allowed to shoot people with. Thanks uncle Nole
Was “new Vegas” a fallout reference
Just don’t get that blasting someone with a gun is a logical response to someone playing a sound
