Great Video Ross. This is my first year to ripen both. They look and taste very similar, but I notice that the Violet Sepor ripened much earlier for me and grew more vigorously. Both tasted fantastic and had fruit at nearly every node.
I have been researching the difference between these two varieties recently, thank you Ross! Most people reported that VS is more vigorous than BG and ripen earlier than BG, i guess that is not always true. I still have few questions: 1.Have you experienced Boujasotte Gris dropping figs? 2. In average, are BG figs bigger than VG, what is the average weight on these?

Looks the same to me or at least close enough that my Bourjasotte Grise is good enough.
Did you ripen a San Biagio this year?
