I have a question...
The blue stones get with Hunter and the black stones get with Thief?
And now that you need the outfit for change to job mode, How you get the other stone. Because i cant chage to other job. Need kickOut my job and lose everything.

Black stones come from Thief. Maybe you can make a second character on your account and see if you can join the opposite profession. You can get both, black and blue stones, and use your storage to trade your stones between characters.
