My problem right now is getting off the gear. I did a 12 week alpha and I was in recovery but last Monday something just made me get it again and I sent £40-£80 everyday on it up until Sunday. Maybe I’m not strong enough to get off it. Even with gods help I messed it up. People say I’m a total glass half full kind of person though.
To look to the future gives anxiety. To live in the past brings depression. Live for now is the only way for a clear mind. Ive had my problems my issues. I try my best to live in the present its hard but I'll never stop trying to get better at this.
