    Just received my white plastic April brewer in Mexico, but it's my christmas gift so I'm not allowed to use it until that day haha. Looking forward to it.

    Hi Patrik,
    when dialling in a coffee for filter do you pre-grind the day before a scheduled dial-in time or do you grind as you brew in the hope that consistency and complexity increases after a day of resting? Thank you!

      Thank you for asking. It's not about hoping these days. We have tried it for 5+ years and have a good understanding for how coffee develops with resting and pre-grinding. The dial-in is done grinding fresh.

    I was wondering how far off roast your pre ground filter brews tend to be in your stores? Thanks!

      That's great to hear. We pre-grind the evening before service and keep the doses for a maximum of two days.
