Building a Resonant CW Speaker

Build your own CW speaker. They sound beautiful and much better than an electronic filter because they do not ring - Very mellow sounding. Also they allow you to use fast AGC and QSK without all the usual unwanted noises.

Steve will this work with a higher watt output speaker? I have a 2” 2.5watt speaker? I have the right one on order but was curious.

Maybe but the original speaker would be more sensitive and probably resonate "free air" at higher frequency. My guess is that you will experience less performance but have at it!

Steve i found a .5 watt speaker i was able to build one and it sounds great!
