So... since you have basically infinite resources, if you want to mine a big area without doing it manually, a minecart contraption from create with drills on it can with a bit of work, self propel through a mountain. Deployers to lay rail and a floor, and a plough at the back to pick up the rail, it'll go until it runs out of coal. Just have to ensure the cart thing is set to lock rotation. Only needs a little storage so it's got something to make a floor out of. Gearbox-Shaft-Gearbox and then power in is the usual way to build crushing wheels in create. If you haven't done the other bits by now the Projector really helps making IE multi-blocks.
