So the people who made this list (including the guy who started the Kakuzu>Pain wave) did a TWO HOUR dissertation on this and all of their reasonings are actually stupid in my opinion. They talked about things like Orochimaru's and Zetsu's intelligence, they said Pain is overrated (even though he has some of the best feats of strength), Itachi was counted when he was sick (I guess when he died because 'sick Itachi' is REALLY vague) said Kisame got stronger, stuff like that. The one who actually wrote the article said that CBR paid him to write some shit in 2-3 hours or they'd lose money (so it is actually bait). From my view though, that doesn't help because when your list refers to the POWER of the characters, their move sets and abilities mean jack in that list. Match up dependence doesn't indicate higher power.
