Hounds are nowhere near the most dangerous. There is johny, nostalgi gaius, partygoers, sentinel and mother just to name a few. There is also phobic centepdes and sleep paralysis demon. There are quite a few worse ones in this video itself
Level 228 isn't even that far fetched, this is what i love about it. It's not cosmical, neither completely unrealistic or fictional. Staring at mirrors for too long in complete silence with no pause DOES induce hallucinations, due to your brain trying to fill up the static image of you with something new. If you spend 10 minutes alone in a bathroom looking at your face on a mirror, you ARE going to see things. So imagine doing that for days on end in a gigantic maze of full size mirrors surrounding you by all sides. This isn't a question of anomaliticy, it's about the brain

Three of the most deadliest Backrooms Levels to me are The Level that ages you by one year every 5 Minutes and there is very little hope of Escaping - The Level Red where it causes horrific Visions of your dying loved ones and The Level where you have to Run as soon as you enter it to the Manor for safty. That Manor Level to me is worse then Level ! because in that you know where The Creature's are in The Manor one they can come from anywhere. Respect and keep up the epic work.

The Trees Scream is an interesting level given its decibel levels. The human body's internal organs would begin to also rumble, and rupture quickly. Once the 15 minutes are passed? It's a constant 140db. Now, most if not all firearms give off a decibel rating of 140 or higher when fired. But, that's only one burst. It dissipates through the air, without you receiving a lot of the shockwave. Your average loud concert is around 70-80db. 140db does permanent damage, instantly and gives comparison to how loud a sound you'd be surrounded by, but instead of it having somewhere to escape? It's the atmosphere itself, and covers all frequencies; low and high instead of safe and tuned frequencies the body can handle. Getting through this level is impossible due to that reason, and why nothing else has been verified in that level.
I think going through the mirrors would be worth it. "Death does not concern us, for as long as we exist, death is not here. And when it does come we no longer exist."
