How to Uninstall the Wired Rollo Printer and Reinstall for Basic troubleshooting in Windows

  • Not printing? Getting an Error message as you tried to print a label? Are your labels stuck on the printing queue?
    This could be a driver issue and one way to find a quick resolution is to uninstall and reinstall the driver.

    This has happened to me on a Mac AND my PC with every Rollo printer I've ever owned (3). I have tried everything listed in this video and gone way beyond it. Nothing..

    I did this but it won't work, it sits in the "unspecified " list saying "USB printing support"! I've tried all sorts of ways. Uninstalling driver 3 times now. This all happened when I changed out my USB HUB. It won't even work when directly in my laptop USB port. :( HELP!

      You may try plugging in the USB cable to a different USB port or even try a different USB cable.
