To hell with big cities. My Italian villa nestles in hills full of olive groves, with mountains to the back & views of the Med to the front. A vast library & art-gallery occupy my time. I occasionally visited Nice for excellent French wines, before deciding booze is completely unnecessary [like most food].

That's exactly what I thought. And around the Place des Vosges, I usually drink my tea chez Carette, one of the nicest place in Paris to have a tea.
