Normally, this happens when you have the wrong host name in the Server name box. If you are not sure what your host name is: Run the SQL Server Configuration Manager. On SQL Server Services, looks for the line that says SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) right click and look at the properties. You are looking for "Host Name"
@@alljoydata I ran into the same error, followed your steps above, and it worked. Find the host name, and paste that into the server name box. For anyone reading this, please also note that if you already have SQL server installed, you need to uninstall, and then reinstall following Billy's video above.
