I was addicted to TNN in the early 90's & definitely watched anything Exile appeared on...including this. This & "Nobody's Talking" were my Exile favorite's back then as a teenager. All these years later life made them make complete sense....and sound even better...seemingly impossible. Never get tired of hearing them ❤💔💜
Exile was a very electic band. I enjoyed them in all the different versions. It's tough to wrap around how it started as a 60s rock band and embraced 70s pop and disco then they were heading in a 80s light rock vibe and in 83 went country. By 1987 changed several members and had a different sound.
Good ear James. Exile released Nobody's Talking the year before, and both songs are in the key of A, so I can see where you could spot similarities. Same group, same key, similar in tempos...
Paul Martin (lead singer here) has a band named Rockland Road with his wife and kids. The other guy out front (Sonny) is still with Exile with several former members dating back to the 60s, 70s, and 80s back in the band now.
Been listening to Exile since the early 80s. Liked them better when Paul became singer. Even though I didn't know there was a switch at first. This was the best song they ever recorded.
People who witnessed Jesus cause the blind to see and the lame to walk, were standing amongst the mob, pumping their fist in the air and hollering Crucify him. Just saying, Democrats have been around for a long time.
I didn’t go any where,I’m being ignored because they keep harassing me with Deli Dawn she’s trying to make everything about herself, I wish she would move over to Bakery with her other buddy Dawn,She’s allways sucking up and over there all the time anyways, Make them both Bakery Dawn’s 👍
A fantastic song, pure Country 90s, the Golden Country Sound... brings so many memories...
Pauls voice is just butter. The whole band was just amazing. I was a big fan.
All the guys are just amazing people.
My Wife and I saw Exile Live countless times. One of our favorite groups. Many, many happy memoires.

Love this song so much ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️😇😇😇😇✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️❤❤❤❤❤
I love exile music have always loved it. The lead singer is awesome can't wait to meet them in the future.
This lineup of EXILE was like the Steely Dan of Country Music...
Also like Chicago. They had a similar vibe. A couple of songs could have been redone for a adult contemporary audience.
Yes,Great analogy😊
@@alanvallazza9781Yeah,I agree with that
Saw them live the year this came out. One talented and good looking man right there!
Paul, you were such a natural fit for Exile. Had some big shoes to fill and you did it excellent man!
YES😍
Fort Lauderdale…my hometown! I remember this being taped…I’m in the front row!!
Paul, I listen to this when you were lead singer, it’s been years since this but I still love you singing here.
Absolutely beautiful voice.
Paul was great as lead singer with Exile. Have followed him for years.
My favorite Exile song.
What a handsome and talented young man , loved your hair.
Love that ending wow🎸🎤💕💜😻
This was at The Thunderbird Drive-In and Swap Shop on Sunrise Blvd.
Paul Martin is the MAIN reason why Exile was so popular!!
Yes. I met him in 1991. Great guy who is very down to earth too. 😍
It was the best!
Even better live!! 😻
I love this song and your voice! Wow!

Paul, you were great singing here, love it.
Miss these songs
I miss when country music had groups. I think there's about three now.
Love this song.....
The best lineup Exile ever had: Sonny LeMaire, Paul Martin, Mark Jones, Lee Carroll and the solid Steve Goetzman. We sure miss you!!!!!!!
nope
Another great rhythm section
REAL COUNTRY!
Sonny Lemaire was really good looking back then🥰.Paul Martin too! The acoustic guitarist is cute 😘🎸
Paul Martin is Duane Allen's son-in-law
Dang, now thats a cool fact 👍
It could just be me but this sounds like NOBODY'S TALKING especially at the beginning.

This is FUCKING Awesome!!! Do these guys still tour?

Can two people

Must be cardi b or bad
Bunny fans... 😞

remember Jimmy?
Really Nice... But, This isn't Exile? Am I missing something?
Yes this is Exile from the early 90's. The only thing you are missing is a fucking ear dipshit!
@@johndorseyswing6536 LOL... don't know WTF you mean... but LOL anyway .
there’s also a rock band called Exile.
Not me. But I love the legendary band so much.
These guys are pretty good but the lead singer sure doesn’t sound like Jimmy Stokley
Even with the many different line ups, you have to give it to Exile. The hairdo's were consistently ridiculous, and the music consistently naff.
Love this song
