Pretty good, I liked it. One concern I have is the location you picked for the house. If I would have made the same exact thing I would have chosen CJ's house or the house directly across from CJ's house. Both of those houses have windows in the 2nd story. The reason why I say this is because in the Harry Potter movie, The car was floating above ground next to a 2nd story window.
