Those 66 books you reject so cavalierly are also (IMO) quite remarkable and constitute further proof that, as an academic and scholar, I find compelling and convincing for a number of reasons rooted in history, archeology, reason, science, fulfilled prophesy, demonstrated efficacy, etc. Further, from the standpoint of logic and reason, I find no warrant to reject the existence and presence of the One Whom I know and interact with on a regular (often daily) basis. I know Him as I know my wife and children. To suggest to me that He does not exist is equivalent to suggesting to me that they do not. Atheism makes no logical sense as it questions and dismisses so much of not only what we do know of science, history and philosophy, but also the corporate experience of over a billion people.
