My main advice would be utilize the emotion characters are displaying through their eyes more often, because the mouth is not enough to go by, because the characters look bland because of it. They look bored and unimpressed except for when they are smiling. The personalities seem pretty well done, and you were using very unique videos that I do not Often see used, But I would say try to work on the facial expressions of the characters.
