Why is so many people saying that it's lizzy's fault? The lady shouldn't have slammed onto her brakes. They stopped in the middle of a highway and if your trying to stop at 70+ your going to glide. She wasn't on her cell phone the only time she used it was when she was in the parking lot. Why were people also calling her a cry baby? She got scared because she didn't know what was going to happen next or if the other people were okay. She also started crying because she crashed lance's car which wasn't hers. It's a natural reaction for people to cry when this happens. {edit} She also couldn't have been following too close. The front car only had a couple of scratches and if she was following too close there would of been way more damage to the vehicle. No matter if it was lizzy's fault (not saying it was) you should be telling her that it wasn't to make her feel better. You can tell she's truly sad about the accident. I hate driving on the i-15 (the freeway on which they crashed) it's always busy and really unorganized. The lanes and off ramps are so confusing. Here's the thing, while driving you *MUST* maintain a safe following distance to the car in front of you to have enough time to stop in-case of a sudden stop. Seeing as Lizzy rear ended the car in front shows one of two things 1. She wasn't paying attention, or 2. She was following to close which resulted in a collision when the vehicle in front slammed on there brakes. That is the only way an accident like this can occur.
Same thing happened to me once. It was a snowy day and the road has black ice so the car in front of me randomly stopped to let another car turns, i slammed the brakes but the car slide in the road and hit the front car that stopped. And of course they blamed me for that. I feel you lizzy
This was actually Lizzy's fault. The car in front of you stopped because of traffic (exit lane it seems) so lizzy should've kept an eye out for traffic, left enough room in front of her and/or gone into another lane to avoid the crash.

I hate driving on the i-15 (the freeway on which they crashed) it's always busy and really unorganized. The lanes and off ramps are so confusing. I try to avoid it as much as possible for the same reason. So I don't blame Lizzy. The car in front was most likely one of those insurance scammers. As we have those ALOT here in Vegas.

Here's the thing, while driving you *MUST* maintain a safe following distance to the car in front of you to have enough time to stop in-case of a sudden stop. Seeing as Lizzy rear ended the car in front shows one of two things 1. She wasn't paying attention, or 2. She was following to close which resulted in a collision when the vehicle in front slammed on there brakes. That is the only way an accident like this can occur.

Same thing happened to me once. It was a snowy day and the road has black ice so the car in front of me randomly stopped to let another car turns, i slammed the brakes but the car slide in the road and hit the front car that stopped. And of course they blamed me for that. I feel you lizzy
This was actually Lizzy's fault. The car in front of you stopped because of traffic (exit lane it seems) so lizzy should've kept an eye out for traffic, left enough room in front of her and/or gone into another lane to avoid the crash.

I drive a srt challenger which is more difficult to stop and as a smart driver I know to keep my distance 2 to 3 car lengths behind but it's lizzy's fault for tail gating
