Mr. Locsin lay it all out! It’s not a criticism of America or the west! But a reminder that not everything bends their way!

In terms of terrorism asean including the Philippines should really hone a lot of their efforts on not just tracking terrorist cells but also really have an effective way of disrupting it! Because those ideological/theological murderers have nothing but time in their hands! Effective small static raids or rendition should be part of the strategy!

It is more appropriate that Sabah is being with the Federation of Malaysia rather than in Philippine. See Mindanao and Sulu when the American included into the Philippine Republic in 1946. Mindanao Became a milking cow of the people of Luzon and Visayas. In fact Mindanao has the highest collection around 60% higher than Luzon and Visayas. Around 40% only.

The Philippines must RECLAIM Sabah at all cost...Not just for the sake of Sultanate Zulu but for the common good of the Filipino people.
MALAYSIA was only created as an Independent Country in 1962, infact Singapore was supposed to be part of Malaysia; but she decided to separate from Malaysia in 1963 and form its own as a City State. It was not Malaysia which ALLEGEDLY, KICK OUT SINGAPORE from the Federation; but it was Singapore which decided to separate instead. (Reference: Circling the Globe printed in the US in 1996).
Sabah by RIGHTS and History was part of the Philippine Archipelago even before its Liberation or Independence from the Hands of Spain in 1898.
So, the PRIOR RIGHTS over Sabah is none other but the Philippines.

I'm Filipino working in Malaysia, and imho we should not quarrel or dispute with each other as Malaysia is a friendly country. With regards to Sabah, it was the British Empire during that time to blame who had taken possession of Sabah and had given it back to Malaysia. Malaysia didn't occupied or grab it, it was originally theirs and their ancestors way before the Sultan of Brunei had mistakenly lend or gave it to Sultan of Sulu. The Sultan of Brunei has no right to give away the Sabah as he was not the rightful owner or the original owner of that land as NOBODY OR NO HUMAN OWNS ANY LAND, AS ALL BELONGS TO GOD ALMIGHTY and He (Al-lah) only allows us to temporarily live in the land we are now in. Pls STOP CLAIMING THE SABAH - IT IS TOO LITTLE TOO LATE for the Philippines to claim Sabah as Malaysia was already in control of it and had developed and modernized it period.
