I've never had common and chilly I make chill. And try a common with it.
I've tried homemade chili where they added some cocoa powder to it...and it gave the chili a richer flavor.

May I offer a tip from a Canadian boy (old man now)? Here we love squeegees! You know those bug things at gas stations. Moist snow is a gift to clean windows. Also they are the best thing to remove frost. The rubber molds to the shape of curved windshields and doesn't grind dirt like sand paper on the glass. A spray bottle with windshield washer fluid and a squeegee with a little effort makes for easy viewing.
Same thing in most of the lower 48 as well. In the winter, a good snow brush and scraper should be standard equipment. A squeegee and some sort of solvent is good to have year-round; in the summer you need it to clean off bugs, in the winter to clear ice. If you get freezing rain or melting snow that re-freezes overnight, taking a few minutes to clean the windshield and then cover with plastic film can save a lot of time chipping ice in the morning.
That looked like a great way to spend a snowy weekend.

I've had chili and cornbread. Its sweet and salty. So I get the whole cinnamon roll idea. It seems a bit weird to me but then again I've never tried it!

We started using Polar Bear coolers a couple of years ago. Extremely well rated and doesn't break the bank. They often have "2 For" sales also. Keeps drinks cold on the Carolina beaches all day long in the summer. Love the truck camper set up! Keep putting out the great content.

Great video. Very relaxing to watch after a crazy, busy day at work (I work at the County Jail). I need to take some time off and camp out. I lived in my truck for over a year, and I kinda miss it.
I just found your channel and I am loving it! Nebraska looks so awesome and that park is just so pretty and serene...I would love to live there! I have to admit that I have NEVER heard of the combo of chili and cinnamon, but then again I'm not from the mid-west. It sounds pretty good and I would def try it! Can you use a small generator at your local campsites? That might be worth a try if you want to be a bit more comfortable in the cold

Never heard of chili and cinnamon roll before, I guess similar sweet and savory like chicken and waffles. I grew up in east Texas and both my pops and grandpa did fried bologna sandwich with peanut butter and mustard. Most folks give me that look when I mention it, even around here, but I love it.

Here growing up in Kansas we had chili and cinnamon rolls all the time. Cornbread and chili is good day. I went to a Lutheran school and had homemade cinnamon rolls was so freaking good. ❤❤

Best food choice in northwestern Ontario, Canada is bannock moose and bacon cheeseburger and beaver tails which is a deep fried dough topped with cinnamon apples and icing. Moose chilli and bannock. Bannock is an Native Canadian unleavened bread usually fried in oil. Another delight is Eskimo Ice Cream which is shortening, moose fat , and berries usually blue berries and sugar mixed together . It's usually served on a cracker... fantastic.

LOL! Chili and cinnamon rolls were what we had at Junior High School in Topeka, KS, in the 1970s. The cinnamon rolls made Cinnabon look like small pastries.
I like to rewatch your videos. Love watching you on a "more than one night" in a spot. Always fun watching you find something to do in the middle of nothing. You don't always make breakfast, but you should more often. And when are you going to stealth camp at a grizzly bear reserve? It would be sketchy 😁 Just a bad idea, lol
