I wish I had been able to listen to this when I had a spiritual awakening around the age of 17, when I felt God, instead of being told what God was by my Catholic upbringing. I didn’t quite know what had happened as I looked up into the sky and talked to God every night before bed, but this meditation says it perfectly. I can now come back to my spirit again and raise my energy when I want and/or need to. I’ve listened to almost this every day for years. Thank you for this. I’ve shared it many times. 🙏💫💕

I’ve been chronically ill and in pain for 2 decades from toxins and ticks, and I don’t think I would have evolved as much as I have without the isolation, meditating, praying, and learning the knowledge of ancient history I knew was hidden somewhere, that has now unfolded. Always in a Rush i never ever postulated the time between my breaths. When you work for a living who has time to consider the space between breaths. Never heard of it. That space doesnt pay my bills. Now im retired i return to the stillness but i know people where STILLNESS is terminable.. They cant be still at all. They function in chaos. They are first responders.
I am the silence between the thoughts.....and that is the window to the infinite mind...the mystery we call God is whispering to you in the silent space......"be still and know that I am God" between every inbreath and every outbreath is the stillness, between every thought that arises and every thought that subsides is the stillness....watch the stillness between your breath, between your thought, just observe, and then watch the one who's watching, as you listen turn your attention to the one who's listening, you have found the secret....the divine in you.....come back into the sacred space of your heart......that silence is you!!

This is the most beautiful explanation of "I" that I've ever heard. Love is "I ".
