TOPWATER pike fishing UK - this CHEAP lure is 🔥🔥🔥

Hello all
In this one I’ve headed to a new stretch of river initially looking for perch.
I very quickly realised there was the possibility of a topwater bite from the pike in the area.
What followed was an explosive hour with bite after bite!
Gear used:
Rod: tsurinoya pterosauria 732m
Reel: Abu Garcia revo exd
Braid: tsurinoya H8 0.165mm 22lb
Leader: drennan soft strand with savage gear egg snap swivels
Lure: AYWFISH 8.5CM 12.5G Topwater

Cheers mate was a bit of a mad one tbh! All out pike madness for a hour or so. Once the sun hit the water it died off. Yeah it’s a lovely place, Nice clear water too 👍🏻👊🏻
