Not a suprise in my opinion. Slovenia relies mostly on Doncic. Other players are just average🤷🏻♂️

The other players are not average at al, it’s just that any team with Luka on it is iso heavy and easy to figure out.
@@kasparsbajars they are average. Maybe Cancar and Prepelic are a bit better but others just stare at Doncic and wait for him to figure something out in the game
@@Banner18 Šarić was robbed of the rookie of the year when he arrived in the NBA. Severely underrated. He can easily bully Luka on defense with his size, not to mention he is a decent shooter and a rebounder.

Everybody was just talking about Luka & Giannis, Slovenia and Greece blah blah and that is the extra reason i m so happy for Croatia. This is still a team sport and Slovenia is literally only Dončić. The truth is that we got a little lost lately but we have tradition and talent and belong at leats near top teams.
Most people forgot that basketball is a team sport.
greece have better team than slovenia. every player playing in top level of europe.
It's also important to remember that while you use "we" a lot when talking about a team comprised of total strangers, you yourself didn't contribute anything to their success, because being born into a random country by pure chance is not an accomplishment.
Lately? You mean for the past 30 years... :) It's okay. Just one game... Hopefully, they can repeat it and qualify...

Ja se ne sićan kad nam je Hrvatska reprezentacija dala ovoliko koševa bez velikih promašenih šuteva. Igra je bilo gušt sve do samog kraja gledati. Niste pokleknuli ni kad je tehničkih problema bilo. Čekati pola ure dok se nastavlja utakmica nije bilo lako... Bravo

Zato ih i jesmo razvalili. Bogdanović je zasigurno nas najbolji igrač po skillu. Problem je sto kad dodje igrati za repku umisli da je Jordan. Da se u bilo kojem NBA timu ponasa ko u repki, ne bi izdržao preko bare vise od 2 godine. Tako da ovo sto ga nema je blagoslov. I to pravi a ne onaj falsi Dalicev.

It was funny to me how the director kept showing how many points Luka has, a triple-double, 50 percent from 2, bla bla...forgeting to show that he was like...0/7 from beyond the arc. But it was obvious looking at his grimaces, facial expressions and limping, he is really having trouble with that knee. Unless he is faking it a bit, but I don't think he would do that.
i thought lakers trading zubac was crazy. glad to see him winning here! I wish they would show the fiba ranks, I would like to see who to watch and stuff since ive only started watching fiba more recently.

Croatia are brutal at 3-4-5 positions and seem to have some good team players at the guard positions.

@@nicolaszyx3120 i remember in futsal... italy were the third best team in the world and all players were brazilians, but almost all with italian ancestry. But today Georgia and Armenia are with brazilian players that never lived there or with some type ancestry.
For me it's shameful when you need to do these "tricks" to be minimally competitive. Soon everyone will be using this method and we will have several artificial teams, looking like the Qatar handball team.

My Croatia played a beautiful team game today! So happy to see it. It's still an uphill battle cause team Greece is the favourite. Slovenia as a whole were very poor - some due to the players age, some due to injuries, I guess. They were doing their best Mavs vs Celts with 0-13 for 3 in the first half! Props to Luka for trying, but he can't keep carrying teams with those injuries. It's just seems 2 much. Rough couple of days for our Slovenian neighbours. I was cheering them on against Portugal. Well, at least they made Ronaldo cry - temporarily.

Luka will never win anything unless he accept the fact that he needa to change his game. He is isoball and always needs the ball to be effective, doesn't know how to move without the ball, doesn't pass the ball early and he doesn't play defense

@@AT12347 Božića je odbio poziv od reprezentacije zato se i svi sprdaju sa njim zadnjih par tjedana. Bio je on na listi za ove kvalifikacije, ali je odbio jer je navodno "pre umoran".
Matković se odlučio za Ljetnu ligu na kojoj će se pokušati izboriti za NBA ugovor, a Šamanić je rekao da se treba posvetiti napretku kroz individualne treninge.
