In a time where social media is rife with those AI generated like farms with shoddy accuracy, "written and illustrated by humans" is something I've come to appreciate from you guys. Keep up the good work.
@@Departedreflections Hate that say it, but some AI models can make absolutely extraordinary images. There have been massive advancements in recent months and I've honestly been blown away by some of the stuff people have done.

Thanks! Joe actually started a channel to talk about and show his art process some more. Check the community post tab to see where I shared his channel. ~Chris
You know the channel is good when their medieval contents do concluded plate armor transition, and the teutonic knight characters don't have huge pauldrons on their shoulders while wearing chainmail, good job 👍
The rivalry between the Knights Hospitallers and the Barbary corsair pirates lasted centuries, and was the grandest tale of “knights vs. pirates” the world has ever seen. I’m looking forward to seeing that episode one day!
Once again HistoryDose, you have managed to educate and entertain everyone. Absolutely favorite channel on TH-cam and I look forward to your next installment of history
Phenomenal video as per usual! I would love to see your guys take on more knightly orders/crusades. Honestly, though, at this point, yall could make a video on any period of history, and I'm certain that it'd be superb.
your videos are just incredible, between the art that is grim yet precised, the audio that describe the ambiance of the action and the detailed narration, its just a pleasure to watch !

The best stories are those of truth in days gone by, and you depict them perfectly. Excellent illustrations, and high quality scripts narrations. Excellent work my friends!
Hands down best history channel on TH-cam! Everything from the high level of art to the way the narrator speaks is perfect. I wish you guys could make a full length documentary! Fingers crossed one day!
I would absolutely appreciate much more Teutonic Knights content - such a richly storied organisation that needs more attention in the manner you have presented here. Excellent work Chris and Joe, I love your channel so much!

Guys, i'm all the way from Bulgaria and just wanted to say your videos are absolutely amazing, especially the effort you put into the historical accuracy of both the information and the artwork.
Your videos are in its own league they are so great!!! Could you maybe do a video on the thirty years war in Germany? I think that would really fit your artwork and narration
I guess this video is gonna be about here on Gotland with the Teutonic knights vs the pirates that controlled Gotland back in 1398. It is very cool history but we will see if this is what the video is about 😃
I think you guys would benefit from hijacking into some pop culture algorithms: consider doing history that has influenced writers like George RR Martin, Tolkien. You could also talk about American settlement stories, early Americana (like Steinbeck era of USA). Canadian frontier stories are also a personal favorite as someone born and raised in this area. A personal favorite story Id love to see your team explore is the original broadcast of war of the worlds. Maybe stories of stock brokers from the 80s & 90s, the other wolves of Wall Street, or the bankers from other parts of the world. You produce some truly amazing content. I hope your operations get better rewarded by the algo. Hopefully y’all are enjoying the work you do - I know your audience adores it!
