Not working for me, damn app auto updated, now I can't get it to see my battery at all. Numerous times reboot phone, uninstall and reinstall app, turn WiFi off and on, but still nothing. Old app was working just fine on Tuesday!😰
To assist us in diagnosing the issue, can you please share the battery model (eg. 36V 100Ah Gen 1) and serial number please. What device and operating system version are you using? We apologise for this inconveniencing and our developers are working on a bug fix update. Thank you.
@@enerdrive-dometic The battery is a ELP-125BT-12V serial # EPL170324125A032, the phone is a Motorola moto g32, running Android 13. As I said on FB, "The first couple of tries it DID see the battery, and logged in, BUT displayed no data, but since then it won't/can't find it, even after as I said "Numerous times reboot phone, uninstall and reinstall app, turn WiFi off and on, but still nothing." Otherwise the battery is still performing just fine, and does connect to the old app on an older phone, that I have blocked from updating the app!
