I am a spiritual heir of St Norbert. I was taught by excellent keepers of orthodoxy, the Norbertines, when I was a student at St Michael's College Prep High School in California. I was honored to have assisted the TLM there, and would not have had the solid foundation in my faith if I had gone elsewhere. I thank God for these men. And I pray that they stay true to the Faith, especially in these times.

St. Norbert..... Fear of the Lord, began leading Him to a real relationship with God. A bolt of Lightning caused his horse to throw him. He took at a warning from God ☦️, to change his ways. Joined a Monastery... Became a Priest, and strict faster, his first followers died from His rigorous Asceticism. Norbert....became an itinerant preacher....walking barefoot even in Winter.
St. Norbert, Penitent, pray for us, for mass conversions and growing in Holiness.
Christ Jesus ☦️ have mercy upon us, Amen.

St Norbert is born as a son from Herbert from Gennep. Gennep is a Dutch village close to the German border but lies in the Netherlands. Xanten is not so far from Gennep but is in Germany. So as premonstrians we speak from St Norbert from Gennep

To the presenter here....
You unfortunately undo your presentation on this Saint here, by spending to much time focused on the human experience & the human errors.
Which is not unlike what the modernists do... teaching we have to focus on and walk along side those in error /meeting them at the level of human experience & vice & share in the human experience.
I suggest in future you keep the focus on the fruits Christ worked through this Saint.
St Norbert didn't become a saint by human experience. He became a Saint by love humility & obedience to Our Lord.& Our Blessed Mother.

Human beings are both body and spirit. I thought this priest focused on both. We live out our humility, charity and obedience through what we do with our bodies, just like our Blessed Lord and our Blessed Mother did. That’s how others can tell what virtues we may have or if we have changed our ways - by the fruits that are manifested through our works of the body. This is my understanding, and I pray I have expressed it adequately. God bless you and this priest.
