    This this is wonderful! Thank you. I have a Goal Zero Yeti and can barely find videos. Although it’s not necessarily the same ends but it helps me understand. There are not that many videos out there of it.

    Bob just got a Bluetti too for those times when we don't have electrical hookups or when we might lose power. You really explain your application for it very well. Thanks for sharing.

    Thanks for sharing and explaining it the simplest way a DIYer woman like me , now I have a clear idea how to do my electrical build . Some vloggers explain this vaguely. Unless you’re an electrician one word says it all. But us women have no clear idea on electrical hookups

    AMAZING VIDEO. Could ya make a video on how to make the wire to solar charge your bluetti IF your already using the one provided for the fuse panel DC stuff. thanks

    • @JonniesJourney
      @JonniesJourney  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      On the Bluetti 200AC and 200P the aviator plug that comes with the Bluetti is a female pin. That cord does not connect to the 12v/25amp that you would use for the fuse panel. But... I have a video coming that will thoughly show this connection and many more. I have taken all the questions I have been getting and answered them in one complete video.

    Thank you soooo much for this! I’m just about to the part of my build where I need to figure out my electrical system. I bought my rig (skoolie) semi-built out and it came with solar panels and this same exact BLUETTI. Considering it’s price tag I really wanted to be sure I could wire some 12v/fuse block into it! This single-handedly alleviated a major stressor in my build. THANK YOU!!!

    Excellent video! I've converted my camper from the old house battery to LiFePO4. I also happen to have a battery generator, and I wondered if eventually I'd rather do something like this. If I was building from scratch, your design is exactly what I'd do. I think too many RVers and van lifers are focused on using devices that require an inverter. My plan is to stick to 12v exclusively. Laptops can even be powered by 12v with the right adapter.

    There are great reasons for wiring up a fuse panel to a portable power station. Love that you covered this in your video. In our van, we enclosed our fuse panel in a larger plastic enclosure and then added an Anderson Powerpole connector to the front. Our Bluetti or Jackery then connects up simply to the enclosure. We also added a SAE exterior port to the van for our portable solar. It is then wired to the same location as the enclosure, making it easy to connect to the input of our power station. Clean and Simple!

    Thanks, Jonnie. That was straight forward and well presented. I always use ring terminals too. I use the bare ones and always solder the connections then use heat-shrink tubing. I don't trust crimps especially when there's vibration involved. I'm trying to catch up on your older videos now.
    Just sane... :^) Saint
