Can you hear those living above/next to you slamming doors, running, jumping or dragging chairs and tables? What if you have a neighbour that loves to blast bass-heavy thumping music or turn up the volume of their mini-theatre system to the max - can you hear all this? What about traffic and other noise from outside.

Hi Scott, in KLCC area the standard building maintenance fee we are expecting from Rm0.55 per sq ft up to Rm1.20 per sq ft.
So if is 3,000 sq ft then it would be 3,000 x Rm0.55 = Rm1,650 monthly basis

Normal people who buy a 480k property need to take their whole life to pay off the debts. So buying this 4.8 mil property would take 10 generations' time.
when someone afford buy a 4.8mil price house, I dont think debt for is an issue for them
