I'm 36 yrs old rn (2018) and I was there at the time when I met him and got his signature on the stand-up poster @43:27 is my baby boy; when he spoken about the LORD OF THE RINGS bc he didn't want to let go of the microphone; he was so adorable just standing, smiling, and staring at JOHN CENA, myself and my husband, and he gave my lucky daughter a hug!!! He's so amazing. I love him and I hope he comes back to AUSTIN or SAN ANTONIO for the COMIC CON again!!! I've been a huge fan of his since his first debut with KURT ANGLE. 👌💯😍💋❤️👌 #HLR

That's why we record these panels because not everyone gets to see them. A lot of people go to conventions and end up shopping in vendors row, attending other panels, hanging with friends, etc, etc.

When he was asked who he's big on in NXT around the 20:00 mark and he was comparing Adrian Neville to the likes of Evan Bourne, Dynamite Kid and Daniel Bryan; you could tell he was thinking of Chris Benoit, but Cena isn't the kind of guy to mention him like this because he's too much of a company man, whereas the likes of CM Punk actually mention his name to acknowledge his accomplishments.
This has converted me into a John Cena fan. It has also converted me into a big kid again

Well the point is some Cena fans want to deny the fact that the majority of his fans are kids but this just proves that they indeed are. If you look at the Comic Con panels for other stars, there are a lot less kids asking questions.

I'm 20 and I can admit I'm John Cena fan. Sure, I think he's a little annoying at times and hogs the spotlight and is boring sometimes but I respect him. He's one of the only guys around that has no days off. He competes every night and during the day he's making a sick kids' wish come true. I miss the days when he used to kill everyone with his free styling sure I do but times have changed. He's a hero to so many people including my 6 year old cousin who was born with a rare blood disease . We wrote a letter to John and the WWE if John could give us a signed autograph of him to my cousin and guess what, not only did he do just that but he gave my cousin a "Rise above hate" t-shirt with his trademark wristbands and a cap and he actually wrote at the back of the autograph photo never to give up. 3 years later, my cousin is healthy and happy and it's all thanks to this man! He gave a 6 year old kid who was on his death bed hope. F*ck these haters. John is my cousin's hero and mine and we're all gonna miss when he retires. Thanks, John. :)
