7.4v DC Battery powered tubular motor - programming instructions

Want a simple install, then this is the tubular motor for you. The 7.4v DC motor incorporates a battery which can be charged simply by a plug in charger or a solar panel. On one single charge the motor can operate a full open and close a day, for six months. No wiring is required and as for the control, this is simply manged by a remote handset due to its intelligent inbuilt receiver.

How do u open it? I think my baterry died, but i couldnt find a way to open the remote.

I'm sure you've resolved this already, but just in case someone else is having the problem you need to remove the single stew near the bottom of the back side of the remote and then slide the back upward to open it up and separate the back from the front.

Great video. Can you plz tell me how to set multiple shades to a single channel. ie operate multiple shade with one press.

No problem, once the first blind is set up you'll need to follow the “Turn motor off” instructions at the bottom of page 6 of the motor instructions (980003) which can be found here on our website: www.yewdale.co.uk/downloads
Then set up blind 2, and repeat the process until all the blinds are set up with the correct limit stop positions. They can then all be turned back on by pressing the program button on the motor and will all work with the handset.

I have 6 blinds on one remote but all of them work with one touch except one
What could be the problem

Hi, It could be either of the two points,
1) A weak battery in the remote.
2) A weak receiver in the motor.
Best to change the battery in the remote to start with and see if this resolves the issue.
