"Callidus! Bring me back my Legionaries!"-Mortarion witnessing a Assassin of the Callidus temple execute multiple Squads of Deathguard and Plaguebearers M.42
"Why do you like the Callidus?" Daemonhunter pros: Reliability, Versatility, and overall effectiveness in terms of scouting out the area. Me looking "respectfully" at her design: yeah, same reason as everyone else's. Let's go with that👍
23:18 that was amazing, dude. she is my favourite, too. I just have the armour that gives me 2 x skulls and also AP back on breaking mask. Need to pick up the seeker skull, as it's been reworked and it's like it was tech made for her. I would then chain execute with her after the stun nades, as she gets her AP back, too. you broke the game with this combo :D EDIT: oh wow, that was beautiful, man. do they only group together like that if you kill the guardsmen yourself? I've not done an assault mission yet. 26:17 35 AP, hahaha. that's so cool man.
lol thx, and yeah the form a group like this only if you kill the guardsmen.. if you dont kill the guards they split and look for you and sometimes they get lost 😭😭
Holy sh1t, the range on those nades, and the AoE? :O I need to get a Purifier. I only have Libby and Chappy so far. I picked libby as my first, and got chappy from reward.
The callidus is actually great on a stun team, because she gets AP back on executions, and has great armour pierce, too. I was using her with a levelling team with a stun hammer last night, and she was absolutely murking everything. smack something with hammer, give stun and then kill with Callidus. I did the entire mission in one turn.
Callidus is probably the most useful just plug and play with vindicare being next. Scouting the map out seems so busted. I’d love to see you struggle with a team of only assassins; though it’s been said by the devs many times they are suppose to supplement the knights it would be very interesting nonetheless to see it done
i tested the Culexus Assassin this morning.. she is hell unleashed like holy $h!t 💀shes not fockin around.. assassins are pay to win at this point 😂 but once im done understanding their mechanics id like to try a only assassins team for sure
her ability to gain AP on execution is incredibly useful too. means she integrates into a stun team perfectly. usually the sins don't get AP back from stuff like executions, but if you use her as the execute, it works amazingly. she's also great with the new seeker skull.
@@sturmyfamily the eversor is busted too, if you have bleed support. Apothecary with bleed is great as it's ranged. stack up some bleeds and then the eversor just wipes them. Culexus is busted later in game due to being able to mess with psychic stuff, she is also perfect for hive missions, as can't be affected by plague. I did a hive mission right away, l but didn't have a Culexus yet for it. luckily I had armour with immunity to plague, so I got through it relatively unscathed. I was actually in the first 0.1% to complete this mission, too.
@@sturmyfamily I've not used bleed yet. I really wan to use the Eversor though, but I need to get some bleed stuff on other knights first I think, to be able to support him. probably the bleed AoE on the Apthecary might be enough to start with though.
3:55 the way she vaults over the rail, so cool. EDIT: BTW are you killing the Guardsman here? I haven't done an assault mission yet, as heard they are horrific., I always save scum to avoid them. I want to try them once I have my Librarian upgraded a bit more, so I can teleport around better. I heard from vets that you're best splitting in two groups, taking the first 2 locations, and then when they are done, teleport to the 3rd. Ofc I've not tried it yet, but this is supposed to be the optimal way for doing these missions. So if you kill the other groups, and just protect one, do you still get the Req? or do you have to save them all?
i can save them all, but to be fair i dont have time for this, so kill a few to go faster, i dont get req by doing this but it aint a problem no more lol, protecting two groups sounds optimal since you need to save 6 guards or something idk
I restarted a campaign and just today I've been stuck on a technophage assault like this. I've restarted it like 4 times as it's painful without a dreadnought Funnily enough running a techmarine with the hydraulic arm and the requiem bolter servitors does wonders in early game
@@sturmyfamily looking forward to that video, techmarine is also the coolest class for me, plasma servitor giving you free attempts at throwing the enemy off the map is so fun to use.
@@sturmyfamily oh also did you know that the hydraulic arm servitor is the only one that still follows the marine after its ability has been used? This opens up a lot of funny possibilities
Could anyone please tell me the name of the song at the beginning? Thanks Edit. I just watch some other of your videos and they are great, I have no idea whats going on most of the time but still great Oh and I just realized that I am the 200 subscriber congratulations!
thx bro! I was only at 5 subs three weeks ago this is crazy lol im glad you like this content, SONG name: Criminals by F.O.O.L slowed and reverb to 75%
What gives the purifier the bonus damage after they use warp sauce? I must of missed it while looking at the talent tree 🤔 Great vids, keep up the good work!
I don't have the dreadnought DLC yet, but after seeing the supporting fire builds, I have to get it on payday now. looks awesome. I'm just on my first playthrough though, just got access to advanced classes. The Assassins have been great so far though. I have a small supporting fire thing with the Vindicare and my Purgator and Interceptor, but nothing like what you can do with the dreadnought DLC. I mostly like using the Callidus in a stun team though, as she gains AP on execute. also her ability to get past armour can be invaluable. she will pretty much one shot the MBH's (they're all armour and no health)
to be fair. the reviews are accurate.. BUT i love this game 🤣🤣 i will make a bunch of gameplay regarding the techmarine and dread for sure, i think they didnt improve alot of things tho, but i myself improved lol
duty eternal apparently becomes way more manageable if you also have the Assassin DLC, as if you don't have the Dread for a technophage mission, the assassins can really help fill the void. I wasn't gonna get the Eternal DLC at first, but now I have the assassin one, I definitely want to try it out on my second playthrough.
im kinda scared its gonna create issues for you and for me, like if something goes wrong it would be my fault in a way and i really suck at fixing computer problems 💀💀
Yeah, not triggering surveillance to get closer enough to kill something is kinda the whole deal of a Callidus assassin xD it's plastered all over in her lore
Нереальный подход к игре))))) но как мне кажеться, здесь теряется сам смысл игры как таковой, но будем честны, сюжет у игры в целом плохой, играю только потому, что я люблю WH40K и здесь серые рыцари просто красавчики!
nah the new mechanics are busted without assassins bro, its absolutely insane they made this useless bleed affliction OP af, and servo skulls now went from 0 to 100 real quick they alone change EVERYTHING. but like i said there is too much to talk about. a 1 hour video would never be enough
