Upsc bna dena chaiye mam inko… Skill level test ke baad interview bhi kr dena chaiye madam…because AIIMS ko nurse bharti nhi krni hai balki Experienced MBBS doctor chaiye nurse ke roop me…… So sad…..upsc bna dena chaiye mam…. Ydi krna hi hai to nurse ko GRADE A me shamil kro….ye kya baat hui..salary same but selection procedures me UPSC vale scenes create krna….. Kya khoob soch 😢😢😢
