I don't know enough beauty terminology but I'm guessing "matte eyebrows" mean "drawn on" or am I wrong, I'm probably wrong lol!! I love your eyebrows, I love full brows I don't know why people tweeze and pluck unless they're rocking a uni-brow then go crazy lol!!
