It's hard to think of it this way now but just take a few minutes to think of all the things we associate with Transformers that Bob Budiansky came up with during his time with the comics. He basically had to create everything from scratch from names to why certain figures had gun modes, boom box modes, etc... Back when these issues were just coming out, I was 8 and I was blown away by the imagination and creativity involved. I think that's why I get defensive when younger people who got into the mythos later talk crap about G1. It's not that I think it's perfect (far from it) but that everything else that has come since has just refined the concepts that were originally introduced in those 80 issues Marvel put out. By the way, love these lore videos. Great job on them, proud to see that the newer generation has as much passion about it as we elder statesmen do. Good to know we are leaving it in good hands. Til all are one!

William Johnson and Kyle Parker's artwork is fantastic too! Also, Page 1 looks like Ratchet is on Dagobah from the SW Universe.
