- Today I cut the Tiger stone, one of the first stones I won from the V K Hatana shop on Opalauctions.com. This is a piece of Coober Pedy Australia opal rough. It weighs 8.75 carats and is 15 x 11 x 9.3 mm.

I just showed my 82 year old mother this video... She really enjoyed it. Said "oh that's beautiful" several times. She really liked the brake down at the end.

Beautiful result, great color, I do enjoy the triangular teardrop shape, I think it'd do well in a wire wrap or something.
Yeah, a wire wrap would be good. A worse option would be to glue a pendant setting on the end.
