Based on Cain's recollection, Kyle backed away when Al charged at him, he fell down and the gun discharged. The way Kyle told it, it sounded like Kyle made the choice to shoot him instead it being an accident. Just look back at Cain and Kyle's initial confession versus what Kyle told the cops. Yes, Kyle was being responsible, but he took it too far and now could be in serious trouble.

I understand both Moira and Cain wanting to protect Kyle. Having him keep quiet wasn’t good for his emotional and mental well-being. He is traumatized. What he needs is a child advocate when the courts get involved. He’ll also needs therapy to help him cope with having taking a life. That’s a horrendous experience for child to process. They need to get him professional help.

It is either Al Chapman or even Paddy Kirk which explains why he's so upset because he did the same thing. Vanessa will come back and Charity and she will realize that they still love each other. I wish that there was a Storyline where Charity finds out Zoe Tate died and left her a portion of her estate.
