Thank you for your question and I believe that it is not necessarily important to keep myself being busy as sometimes you don’t have to be busy to be productive. For example when you are busy I would classify it as doing something like homework or doing exercise or just doing whatever just having something to do. However I think that if you’re not busy like you can be doing nothing laying on your bed and I think that’s really good time for me to actually clear my mind to make myself at peace so I can actually am I will be actually imagining random stories in my mind so that it can foster my creativity and actually help me relieve my stress and make myself feel comfortable.

我老師話overlapping 會扣communication strategy (因為考評局好唔鐘意人搭聲)
我係人哋講到句尾提早接咗個發言權，同埋係最後同人搶發言機會嘅時候overlap咗(但係堅持講落去，最後先儲夠三次發言)
對方因為一次講太長(講咗成分半鐘)所以淨係講咗一次
我都係一次30-45秒左右，最終講咗3次
但係個老師話我太aggressive ，唔俾人講，之後扣到我個communication 得返3，仲連帶扣咗我個cotent(5-->4)
最後由17分降到去15分
我都係有生之年第一次speaking因為太aggressive 而俾人扣分(之前都係搶唔到發言機會)
請問我依仲情況係唔係應該停低俾人講，同埋係唔係真係會扣分？
