Tlaga bang bumibilis or tumataas lang ang RPM? Totoo ba na kaya ni raize ang 30km/h?

Hmm depends sa needs. If d need ng ground clearance, Vios. If need SUV clearance, go for Raize. They're both easy to drive (light steering, etc.) from what I remember. Note that I haven't featured a Vios yet in my channel but the driving school I enrolled in taught me in one haha, and that was a manual. So the CVT/automatic would even be expectedly easier. In terms of maintenance and reliability, I'd imagine they're both good because they are Toyota anyways.
if you like the tech stuff, I think you'd enjoy the Raize G more though XD because of the fully digital driver's display (RPM, driving info such as fuel economy, and speed). (the lower variant, Raize E has conventional analog driver's display though)

Suggestion lang sa toyota maganda sana sa raize kung alisin na big door handle na malaki kasi pampasikip lang ito at obstruction ito sa driver meron naman maliit na door handle re done-done kasi door handle. Yung gulong 205x65xR16 gawin na lang 195x60xR16 para lumakas hatak, tipid sa gas at para gumaan steering wheel. Sa road condition sa atin na malubak, mataas na humps, baha, mataas na parking maganda pa rin Raize kesa car . Add mo pa big inside space ng Raize bottle holder pocket, maluwag sa loob at pwede transform pa yung 2nd row for more space. Maganda rin digital tachometer nito digital with more info at ang gusto ko yung transmission kapag tipid gas mode letter D at kapag gusto mo smooth driving mag S or sports mode at kapag uphill yung parking maganda manual kasi kahit loaded nag move si Raize kahit di apakan gas.

How spacious is the interior compared to Vios?
It's been a while since I've experience a Vios 🤣 barely remember it now. But I think the Raize has a little bit better space esp head room
