She herself admitted taking favour from darshan in a televised interview with her friendly anchor. The logic of appointing a industrialist like darshan hiranandani as her office boy doesn't suit any logic. This is when she claim to be highly educated
she was powerful, as TMC has many seats in LS, she was arrogant but lazy to write the questions herself, its normal for MP to ask their aide to write questions, but here she gave login credentials to a businessman who was asking questions about his rival, the details of which can help Hiranandani for giving direction of his business. this is in a way like insider trading but in different way
Asking questions for money in parliament is not a trivial crime.. it's betrayal to the people of this country

You would have been right but the phrase "as if in a hurry" tells a lot about how fast paced procedural law, in India has become, is an issue for the opposition. Here the accused is Mahua Moitra in sharing her LS login credentials. Dehadrai has already written in the complaint, Darshan Hiranandani also accepted that in his sworn affidavit provided at Indian Embassy in UAE, also Mahua Moitra has accepted it that she had shared her Parliamentary login credentials. In future if that case blows up into something big, then Darshan Hiranandani would be probed. cheers.
