When cleaning, I make my cut down the center side first and go from middle to top, and then middle to bottom! Easier to filet, and leaves less meat on the bones! Great video, love AJ salad!

They were fishing the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament out of Morehead City, NC. One of the largest tournaments in the world. They can earn points for releases. They have to touch the leader to earn points. The mate was actually pulling the leader from the Marlin's lip.
