Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.

I will never understand why people buy or pay on something just to throw trash in. Why do they not take care of their stuff.

@@Sudas80 maybe you should use your brain. There are unfortunately a lot of people who love that way. I had some in a rental property. After eviction, it took 3 off the largest dumpsters available and a crew to empty the house, basement and garage. They appeared to be “normal” people. I know landlords that have the same issue. And these people have picked up other sheds that people lived in that had the same issue and the surrounding property was just as unkempt.
This guy went from moving a shed with the whole community 45 feet in 2 hours to moving a shed with a remote control in 10 minutes. Amazing
The technology involved with that loading bed and your expert skill at manipulating it is absolutely fascinating to me.

I'm an Australian I'm amazed that people can use a shed as a dwelling there. It's illegal in AU. Our regulations prohibit power to be hooked up like that was. Local Council would serve a notice, and after a short period, they would have the whole lot removed and disposed of!

They're not suppose to live in them in America either. They sign a contract that they will not live in it, house animals in it or modify it in any way. Nothing stops them. They just do it. No one else stops them. They are fire hazards waiting to happen.
I would have turned it around opened the role up door and raised the bed all the way up backed up hit the brakes and depositing the Contance where they came from .

They rent these to poor, bad credit people, (knowing it will most likely be repoed) make some monthly money payments, maybe a year or two if lucky, then repo it, clean it up, take a little off the price, resell it and make money again.

Once it gets back to the lot, they will spend one day cleaning and repairing and you’ll never know it was in this kind of disgusting condition and it will look real close to what a new one is and from the repos I see on the lots in my area, it will be discounted maybe a couple grand but usually they are not steeply discounted simply because they don’t need to be cause they will normally sell within days as they are once cleaned and repaired
Must be a heck of business repo these sheds, to develop equipment to make any situation possible to move these sheds, I’m in awe. I’m a farm boy used to equipment of all types and kinds and this is the best I’ve seen.
Love ur channel, im a 62 yo man on disability a bought a shed to turn into tiny house, did like everybody else insulated, ran ele etc!, knew i wasnt gonna b able to make one payment due to car repairs but called the finance company a month in advance to let them know, 3yrs in, they tacked a late fee on every month for the last yr so i added an extra $100 to monthly and got it behind me, after watching ur channel i feel lucky i got thru it, i admire ur calmness in some of the repos, and ur humor, love ur wife/boss rides along at times and was wondering if she is ex amish also, im sorry if thats pryin to much, my father was a minister and my parents missionaries in africa for 20 yrs, anyway bless both of u and so glad u finally got ur own equipment, ur very deserving and earned every bit, very good work etiquette 👍❤

@@robertsullivan3877 from what I’ve seen with the companies in my local area, they will actually profit a good bit more with the repos than selling one outright. They wont tell you that but the numbers on them do not lie
The dude was in the porta john taking a dump the entire time you took his castle - MTV Crib away.
We bought a 16x44 one time that was Amish built. We have two nice doors and 9 windows put in. It was meant to be a river cabin to get away. We sold it half way through finishing it. All of the windows leaked so they had to be taken out and put in correctly. The doors never worked right. Then the outside wood siding started bowing up everywhere. It was just a nightmare. I wouldn't even recommend these for shops to work on yard equipment in. We ended up getting a bank loan and building correctly for a lot less in the end. They look and feel to be build very well upon first look but trust me if you watch enough videos you will see that it wasn't just ours that has issues lol.

I like your videos but you should have done something more with that electric. To just turn off the breaker and leave the wires hanging in the breeze is a bit irresponsible. At least tape up the ends and tape it up to the pole or something. You just never know who will come along like maybe kids or something. An extra minute to practice good safety wont hurt.
Yeah, this one concerned me too. The breaker box is open (unlocked) and bare wires on the ground.
As a contractor myself, I know that the last person to touch something is responsible. If some kid or adult got hurt on those wires, the liability would be coming back to @shed happens. That would be awful all the way around. I would have pulled the cover and unscrewed the wires so they can’t be energized.
should have called the electric company and maybe fire department. it was an illegally installed setup, with all the wrong things anyway. electric co. will snip the wires right off feeding the whole pole ;)

People should pay their bills. Or, how about this? Unhook it. Since you know it's going to be repossessed. It's unreal to me how many comments in this video say, "Oh, he should be doing this or that"... as if it's his responsibility to clean up the mess of the delinquent debtor. He goes above and beyond on every repo he does. They're lucky he even took the time to shut the breakers off to make sure it was safe.

Your man is outstanding at this! ps: one basic problem around the this whole country - in the rural areas - is that the county building code inspections department and code enforcement don't do their jobs. They only show up when someone complains and usually by then the damage is done.

They only enforce stuff when it comes to them making money, such as for permits. Otherwise, we in the boonies don't matter to them.

I would have contacted the energy company. A kid could come along and switch the breaker on. We aren't allowed to set up home like that here, I'm amazed it's allowed. We can't built an extension to our house or add a separate building without permission and then the council want double council tax for having two residences.
Thank heavens you do occasionally get a easy one you don't have to help them move stuff out and away from, or play to wiggle it out of a tight spot. Have a good summer.

Hi From Driving Semi For Over 40 Years & Hauling Alot Of Produce That You CAN'T Let The Smell From This & That Get Into The Produce Or Boxted Meat, Bread ECT. We Had To Get it Out Of Our Trailers , Power Washing Sometimes Does it or Helps, But If We Wanted To Make Sure We Would Take A 3lb. Of Any Kind Of Coffee & Spread it Out ALL OVER THE FLOOR & Shut The Doors For A while Depending On How Strong The Smell Was

Imagine you are a landlord and renting to someone who can’t even make a shed payment. I could make the payments just collecting cans.
And with this shed you won't even have to go outside for that
It usually isn’t the fact that they “Can’t” make the payment but that they “Won’t” make the payment!! This type of individual is usually too damn lazy too go out and pick up cans in order to make the payment which could easily be done in a day or two if you found a good spot. Or, the potential is also there on this one that they were drug addicts and they were using it as a safe house by the looks of it and they were preoccupied with buying other stuff than they were making it a $200 payment

I bought a repoed shed, it's very nice except it took six months to get rid of a particular stink that came with it. Found spoons burned up and more paraphernalia for like a heroin addiction.
