I'm from Denmark, and judging from your accent, I would think that you're from Norway or Sweden, where the language resembles mine - We say "Veranda" in Danish too, but in English it's either porch, patio, deck or balcony, depending on how it's built. And by the way, if i'm not mistaken, you can use the word "veranda" in English too. :)
what kind of computer do you have? I'm trying to save up for a good computer that would work well with sims 4 and 3, because the last one that I had was really slow. But I don't really know which one to buy. It seems to run well on the kind that you're using.
I have a macbook air, and it's not slow/laggy I also have a ton of cc downloaded. It might be too expensive, but it's not as expensive as the older ones. If you can't get a mac then maybe try a windows computer with a lot of space.
