Thrill-seekers in China try to beat assault course atop country’s tallest TV tower

Dangling 58 storeys up, the Landmark Alpha adventure park offers thrill-seekers the opportunity to try and beat its assault course at Guangzhou’s Canton Tower - China’s tallest TV tower. The new attraction opened in January 2021 after more than a year of construction. Tourists can walk on tightropes or sit on a dangling basket 600 metres (1968.5 feet) above ground level to enjoy a panoramic view of the city along the Pearl River.

@@insectbite1714 Ive visited Guangzhou a lot before and over the years the pollution levels have definition gone down. You can now see the stars shining bright at night, something that's rare even in Canada where I live (mostly because of the rain tho).
The guy who had this idea is a genius.

I want to try that so hard and at the same time when I'm there I will not fcking take a step forward or even be at top hahahha
i actually tried the most difficult obstacle (Red Line) on the adventure park a the beginning of this month and it definitely worth the money. The safety harness is very safe, its next to impossible to snap or become a problem, due to the complexity of how you can cross from one obstacle to the other. One the red Line Obstacle the were 12 games if remember correctly. Last but not least the adrenaline rush is just through the rough. You can conquer your fears on them.

that is a nice way to put people that seek challenge and don't want to go out there in nature where the environment is far from civilization for rescuers might be on time to help why not do it the tallest TV station for people that are all ways there and will help if things get dicey they can act immediately to get the person out of danger and enjoy the nice view of the city

Safety nets are not the only thing that works
1:16 I'm not a safety expert, but isn't having just one rope to hold you quite dangerous? I've seen many other places which have additional protections.
The high obstacle courses I've been to all usually have 1 metal guide wire and give you a pretty beefy carabiner and harness to loop onto it

@@yjjcoolcool the carabiner looked around the size of the persons palm which is what i usually see with other attractions as well
