    I enjoyed the aire tour. I love aires!! It would be very useful for me and others if you could show us how you connect up to and fill up from the fresh water point. I haven’t done it much, but in my experience there are all different connections.

    • @TheHappyTravellers
      @TheHappyTravellers  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Our experience so far has been it’s a standard screw fit “hozelok” connector.

    Can you recommend a book on aires?

    • @TheHappyTravellers
      @TheHappyTravellers  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Get the “all the aires” books from vicarious media. These cover France north, France south and Spain & Portugal
      Comes with maps and reference guides. Really easy to use
      We navigated our way across France and Spain using these books to find free to use aires.
      Brilliant!

    Hi Steve and Wendy
    Enjoying your vlogs of your journey through France to Spain. Please could you tell me what connection you used from the water service point to fill the van.
    Safe journey onwards
    Regards Michael and Brenda

    🇮🇪are you running on solar fulltime or do you hook up to electric Paddy wagon 👍

    • @TheHappyTravellers
      @TheHappyTravellers  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      We have hooked up for 1 night so far and that was because we paid for it rather than needing to.

    Steve a handy gas adapter for Calor to Spanish bottles (find on eBay) is a BFPOLXBUT - It’s a simple solution. ✅❤️💐🌹😇

    • @TheHappyTravellers
      @TheHappyTravellers  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ahh, but we dont have Calor bottles :) - We have a GasIt system so I’m going to have to find a solution without moving the van. Worst case situation is |I’ll have to drive out and fill up when we run out. No big issue as full tanks last about a month :)

    Hi Steve... What did you use to fill up with water. Did you attach a hose to the tap on the service point as it didn't look like it would take my screw on hose fitting?

    • @TheHappyTravellers
      @TheHappyTravellers  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, standard screw fit hose connector. 👍😀😎
