I have a problem with "The Eve", I just can see Kai(blue T-Shirt, main dancer), he is not my bias... But I just see him. That man is the meaning of "sexy" and "hot", just it.
There is literally no flaws in EXO : they are hot dudes, they have the best singers of this generation, some of the best dancers out there, really good actors, they broke tones of records, still manage to be one of the most successful korean groups after 7 years and they are humble. That's why we call them Kings of kpop.

Unfortunately, The Eve doesn't have an actual MV but there are various live performances and you get to hear their Vocals. Definitely check out the album that The Eve comes off of [The War] because the album as a whole is solid where it counts. Another dance practice video that has some sharp movements would be "ELECTRIC KISS" which does have an MV (a rather short one though).
Also I think I might have posted the comment here before but the EXO live performance of "White Noise + Thunder + PLAYBOY + Artificial Love" is something that you guys should check out; Dancing on point, Vocals on point, Fashion on point! Keep up the amazing work you guys!

Oh just to let you guys know the previous dance practice *monster*, was in this same studio, but with the lights off, everything else was pretty much the same; just exo being exo wearing their normal black clothes, but with good camera work, (their managers are really good at filming these things, since growl back in 2013)

You know why you see Kpop idols in their dance practices wearing a lot of layers, and often what we would think of as street clothes, instead of workout wear? One reason is because it helps build up endurance and to condition their bodies to be able to dance on stage with their stage outfits and not be affected. Why it looks so effortless on stage and like they hardly even exert themselves or sweat some times, is because their body has become used to being dressed in layers while working hard. Its kind of like if you spend a lot of time in a sauna, after a while your body gets used to the heat and you can endure more heat for longer periods of time. :D
Deadass, y'all may quite possibly be the best kpop reactors I've seen. Your commentary when you pause isn't mindless chatter, you're genuinely discussing and taking in what you're seeing which is something not many do. The only times you are going to see groups learning the routine or messing up is in behind the scene footage or their reality shows. In general, dance practices in kpop is there to showcase the full choreography that you wouldn't normally see in the music videos and live performances because of camera angles, edits and whatnot.
Majority of dance practices are the final polished version, where they have perfected it after learning for hours.
When talk about Exo dance practice, this is my top three.
1. Monster dance practice
2. Electric kiss dance practice
3. Exo CBX (sub unit) dance practice.

"The Eve" is a B side track off their album so there is no MV. They only perform this song live. But if you like EXO's version of "The Eve" you should hear the English version of the song. "The Eve" was co-wrote and composed by Henry from Super Junior-M and he sings a short demo version of the song in English. Henry is the youngest member of Super Junior and he is considered a music genius. Henry is Chinese/Taiwanese-Canadian so his first language is English. Because he is a native English speaker he recorded a demo of the song to show everyone what the song sounds like in English and to let everyone hear the English lyrics that he wrote. But unfortunately, SM Entertainment (the company EXO and Super Junior are from) never let Henry record the full English version, which most listeners will agree is a shame, because Henry's vocals and the English lyrics would have made this song an even bigger hit than it already is. The English version is less than 2 minutes long, but once you hear it you will understand why the choreo for this song was designed the way it is. :D
Super Junior are an OG Kpop group that have been in the industry for more than 13 years (Henry debuted with Super Junior-M in 2008) and they are also under SM Entertainment so they are seniors to EXO. You really should check out Super Junior, Henry's sub-unit Super Junior-M (Mandarin Chinese) and Henry's solo work. Henry is known for his music abilities and the fact that he is classically trained on the violin and piano. One of the things he is known for is that he can play pretty much any instrument. Henry is also known for the fact that he is a really good dancer and he dances and sings while playing the violin at the same time. I recommend starting out by checking out Henry's older songs, such as "Fantastic" and "Trap" and then maybe Super Junior-M's songs "Break down" and "Swing" and then Super Junior's "Sorry Sorry" and "Sorry Sorry Answer." After that, be prepared, it will open up the flood gates of requests LOL. There are more than 13 years, 8 full length albums, a multitude of mini albums, hundreds of live performances (Super Junior was the first group to ever hold 100 concerts) and -- with 13 members -- hundreds of solo projects and collaboration songs to check out.

actually in every filming of dance practice of the idols, they would cover their mirrors so they would avoid being distracted by watching others through the mirrors and they could actually focus more

ALSO, kpop dance practices are usually like "they've been practicing and here's the final product before the mv shoot in their normal clothes", yknow? Sometimes it'd be "here's a video that shows them dancing the song in the practice room AFTER the mv's been released bc why not" 😂

Just so you know, Kpop "dance practice" videos aren't really "practice" videos. Most of the time they are filmed in their dance studios and they are practicing the choreography, but a company won't release a group's dance practice footage until the group has perfected the dance and can perform it perfectly. The point of "dance practice" videos is to show off the choreography and to highlight the dance skills of the members. Kpop groups and companies started releasing dance practice videos about 10 years ago, after they discovered that fans were copying the dances and really wanted to learn the choreography. 'Dance Practice" videos are more like dance highlight or dance performance videos. For example with EXO the members probably spent about 10 hours a day for at least a week in the dance studio learning and perfecting this choreography and they didn't release this footage until they were able to pull it off flawlessly. On average Kpop stars spend about 10 hours or more a day in the dance studio for a week learning a new set of choreography and then they spend about a month perfecting the moves before they debut it in a music video, on music programs, on variety shows and in concert. Almost all main track Kpop songs have choreography even if you don't see any dancing in their MVs because they have to be able to perform the song live at music programs, award shows and in concert, etc. and they can't do that without having choreography to go with the song.
I hope y'all react to Exo (CBX) "Blooming Day" dance practice next, it's smooth af! There are only three members in the subunit (Chen, Baekhyun, and Xuimin) and they're the vocalists. They do have some backup dancers though, but it's still in hella sync.
